Enter the caller’s Employee ID and click 'Verify'.
A pop-up screen will let you know if the ID is valid.
A proper ID will have the following format:
aaa-nnn-nnn ('a' - letter, 'n' - numeric).
The two dashes are required.
- View billable monthly charges.
- Access the list of currently enrolled veterinary hospitals and their respective call statistics.
The tools are available only to managers. A password is required.
